Decisions to review
Administer use. Support operations.
Introducing agents raises practical operational questions: who can use a tool, which models are authorized, which action needs approval, and how to review what happened. FutureControl brings that work together so that AI administration does not depend on scattered settings or informal decisions.
Its development includes users, teams, tools, approvals, executions and a model inventory. The goal is to offer a manageable view of resources and permitted use, supporting FutureChat workspaces and the family’s operations.
Scope and evolution
Administration does not replace the responsibilities of other services. In the integrated vision, FutureOps coordinates executions; each resource checks its own permissions; and Claramente connects provenance with evidence. FutureControl maintains the policy and administrative decisions that guide this work.
For technology and operations leads, the value lies in being able to configure and review before expanding use. Evaluating each implementation determines the scope of controls and the workflows that need validation.
