The proposal
A city is not discovered simply by reading a list of attractions. Ciudad Habla proposes that places open up questions: what history this spot holds, what can be done nearby, and how it relates to the route the person is building.
The project direction brings together place-related stories, contextual routes and activities, and discovery of local offerings. Conversation would be a way to approach those references, rather than an end in itself or a collection of generic answers unrelated to the surroundings.
Scope and evolution
The proposal is intended for visitors, tourism destinations and businesses along a route. Marketrons appears as its intended foundation for contextual interaction; Ciudad Habla provides a specific use of that technology in a visit experience.
The concept should begin with a bounded test: a short route, reviewed information and observation of its usefulness to visitors. Experience quality depends as much on the conversation as on the currency and relevance of what it says about each place.
